Mr. Dai has many years of experience in civil and criminal litigation. In civil litigation, he focuses on Competition Commission enforcement cases, arbitration, commercial disputes and listed company disputes, and has handled many complex and high-profile cases involving these areas, including cases in the Court of Final Appeal. In criminal litigation, he regularly accepts prosecution work from the Attorney General's Chambers, and on the other hand, he also acts as a defense lawyer to defend defendants in criminal cases.
